• What you write in the form: name, email, WhatsApp, country and city, profession, experience, degrees, English level, availability, LinkedIn or CV, and your answers
• Where you came to the page from, for example the campaign or the social network, and which role you chose
• Browsing data from analytics tools, if they are active on the page

• Checking whether your profile fits an AI model training role
• Writing to you by email or WhatsApp about that role, the call and the interview preparation
• Letting you know when a role opens for your profession, if you left us your profile for that
• Measuring which roles and which channels work, always with aggregate figures

We don't sell your data and we don't send your profile to any lab. If you decide to apply, you do it yourself, directly on their platform

We store and process the information through providers that process it on our behalf: Tally, for the form (Belgium), Google, for spreadsheets, email and analytics (United States), and Netlify, to host the site (United States). Because they are outside Colombia, by accepting this policy you authorize that transfer

Under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, you can:

• Access, update and correct your data
• Ask for proof of the authorization you gave us
• Find out how we have used your data
• Revoke the authorization or ask us to delete your data
• File complaints with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio)
• Consult your data free of charge

Write to us at equipo@dualteestudio.com with the subject "Personal data", your name, your email and what you need. We answer inquiries within a maximum of 10 business days and claims within a maximum of 15 business days

While the Dualtee AI Lab program is active, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first
